On our Chapman Project the clients, both of whom are architects, came to us looking for a builder who could team up with them on complex detailing. They wanted to open their home to ocean views and use soft tones and carefully laid out lines to frame the opened space. To do so, we reworked the structure and coordinated with our trade partners and design team to make sure all materials, appliances and services would align right. Each material, from the exterior brick layout to the tile had a meticulous lay out in order to create balance and symmetry. All of this detailing by the team resulted in an incredibly satisfying result we are all very proud of.
